Washing of tanks

Laundry to treat tanks and containers both with ADR, no ADR and also food containers.

The washings follow protocols according to the product to wash, but we could state that almost all follow the same guidelines:

Washing and steaming of tanks, containers, and silos. Issuance of the European Washing Certificate. (ECD – EFTCO).

Quality and safety commitment. Continuous revision of the washing procedures and improvement of premises and services. Respect to the environment.

Kosher washes; Chemical and steam disinfection; Degassing; Deodorization; Oxidation and disinfection by O3. PH.test.

• 3 washing bays: separated 2 chemical and 1 food bays.
• 15 spinners, 2 of them of high flow.
• Work pressure: 100-200 bar.
• Overheated water (116˚), steam (170˚ – 240˚).
• 3 Lines for interior tank drying. Hot and cold air capacity.
• Potable drinking water from the Municipal water supply system.
• Waste management.

Washing of:

• Trays, hoses and hose reels.
• Trucks and exterior of cisterns and containers.
• Interior of dumpster and refrigerated trailers.
• Animal transporting trailers.

Not washable Products:

• CLASS 1 ADR. Explosive matters and objects.
• CLASS 2 ADR. Gasses (except Sulphur-dioxide).
• CLASS 4.1 ADR. Solid flammable materials.
• CLASS 4.2 ADR. Spontaneous inflammation materials.
• CLASS 5.1 ADR. Oxidizing materials (except Sodium chlorate UN 1495).
• CLASS 5.2 ADR. Organic peroxide.
• CLASS 6.2 ADR. Infectious materials.
• CLASS 7 ADR. Radioactive materials.
• Silicon and its derivatives.
